2day my Expo started bucking and Hesitating while driving at speeds between 35-55MPH. Seems odd, but this has happened before and was an ignition coil, but this is different. With the ignition coil I couldn't break 40MPH without the truck lurching. This seems more subtle. Also may be the issue is we have a nor easter hitting the Horrible State of NJ, and every road has nearly 3inches of water. Anyone have any ideas what it could be

it could be an intermittant spark failure. The EGR valve could also be getting stuck open or the EGR flow sensor could be reporting not enough flow and opening up the EGR too much. It could be alot of things really....... is the Check Engine light on?

Check engine light is not on. It did come on way back when those 2 ignition coils went, within 2 weeks of each other. Nothing since, light didn't come on when the Fuel Injector lead came of either.

My friend whose a stangnet dweller, thinks it might need a tune-up cause it happens mostly around 35mph. ANd as far as I know I'm the 2nd owner, bought w/ 36K miles on it and I'm about to hit 95K.

Thanks for the info guys, I appreciate it.
