What's the wireless thing with the key and blue Ford emblem on it?

I'm guessing it is a key fob for an OEM remote start.

I took a picture of that to show anyone who was interested. That is the OEM remote start and that is the one thing on the truck that I do not like. I hate that it is two key fobs instead of one. I dont have a picture of it on here but I believe the antenna for the remote start is behind the rear view mirror and I wish that was hidden. The only thing that I want to add is possibly an OEM navigation radio that works with the sat radio and steering wheel controls.
