Here is our 04 we picked up about 4.5 weeks ago. It was stock at the time.

So far we have added:

CAI
Magnaflow CB
Custom Tune
Brush Guard
KC's
2.5" Leveling Kit
33" Pro Comp Extreme MT's

Not sure what we will do next, if anything soon. We are happy with it so far. I just took this pic camping this past weekend. These things wheel pretty good, I was pleasantly surprised.

Truck looks great! Who makes the brush guard? Did the CAI, CB system and tune make a big difference? Who did the tune and what tuner did you use?

Brush Guard - Aries

Keep in mind I picked up the truck stock about a month ago, so I don't have a lot of historical data to share regarding MPG, etc. I can say that the combo definitely made a difference in how the truck runs and shifts though.

I am using an SCT XCAL 3 with a custom tune by Brenspeed. I have an 85 Economy, 91 Performance, and 91 Towing tune. I have only messed with the 85 tune so far.

i want to see a thread for hard core off roading and carnage. alot of peaple think off roading is a sunday ride out an old dirt farm road with a few puddles. my expy is off roaded to the max. if it can be broken ive done it. 5 foot of mud is a pit not a foot. water crossing is not a foot. its up to windows camber flexing is not rated by curb size but the depth of the ruts the army tanks leave. and if you have been in the service you know they get wide and very deep. so lets see those pics. ill get mine up as soon as i can get back to my computer. including the expy flexing off jeeps front 33 inch tire..gonna try to get walnuts to do same saterday while hes at house. maybe both of us flexing off jeep at same time if he trust me to spot him so he doesnt scratch the new colors

my 2003 expedition with 305-35-24 kmc dimes with the ford flex centercap popped in and painted to match, also 1 jl 12w6 ran by a 500/1 jl and a jl 300/4 on my factory speakers kenwood dnx9960 in the dash with 2 12 inch tview flipdowns.. i need to redo my box but dont have the time.. lol
