    Bought this Keystone Sprinter 274RLS this summer, 6480 lbs dry, have Equal-i-zer 4-point WD hitch and Firestone Coil Rites and Prodigy P2 brake controller, have been out 5 trips about 600 miles with it; 141,000 on the clock and it tows great, mpg dropped to the high 8's, always tow with OD off.

    Ripped apart the liftgate and put yet another (3rd and last) remanufactured rear wiper motor in, relieved some of the tension on the wiper arm spring to maybe help. While open put on a new liftgate handle I got off ebay.

    Replaced my worn idler arm with the Moog part, big difference going down the highway, it always seemed to have a 'drift' in the wheel - and painted my front skid plate a pewter metallic while I had it off to get to the idler arm. (crud on parking lot not from my truck)

    Haha, yes, same here, that was the first thing I did, the grille was all faded gray and the headlights were fogged, tried to clean them up with a kit but decided to replace them with different style.

    That is how I did mine too when I put the Lightning headlights in. I went to a local autobody supplier and had them make a rattlecan of the factory color - I like the monochromatic look. I removed the Ford emblem and taped everything else off good and painted it on the vehicle.
