    i used a motorcraft oil filter. not sure what brand of oil i used. no i havent changed the oil since. i did change the filter though since i had to change a power steering hose and i needed to take off the filter to get to the connector.

    My 05 expedition has a tap. Almost sounds like diesel. Lol. My neighbor has same truck and said he put real heavy oil in to stop the noise and it worked. I know this isn't recommended but what do you think the heaviest oil I can put in?
