If you're going to travel into some rougher terrain you may want to temporarily remove the running boards.
They are too low and will get damaged very easily.
I have to replace my front rotors on my 03 EB 4wd very soon also.
I have been putting it off because I have read various posts that the rotors could be and absolute female dog to get off.
Did you have any issues popping them off??
I see you're in Oregon where the weather is more aggressive than...
The cost of the part is no big deal but almost $200 to install it??????????
I guess they couldn't have just make it accessible from the top of the dash.
Noooooooooo you have to get to it from underneath.

For the second time in only 4 years, my automatic headlight sensor is misbehaving.
Everything was working just fine when I turned off the engine last night.
This morning when I went to do some errands, I noticed that my Navigation screen and temp control panels were very dim. My headlight...
2003 EB 4WD 5.4
Can I assume with any degree of confidence, that in order to try to find the culprit that is causing some annoying mild clunking while driving over small irregularities in the road, that the EB should have all 4 wheels on the ground, rather than being hoisted up ???

YouTube was not helpful...
I have an 03 EB 4WD and for the last year or so, there has been a rattle coming from what appears to be inside the body pillar next to my left shoulder. It seems worse when going around a left hand turn.

My daughter had given me one of those oval shaped magnetic "fridge magnet" signs depicting our Husky dog for my 2003 EB
I went out and cleaned off a spot on the rear hatch and stuck the sign there was was totally surprised when it fell to the ground.
WTF I thought.

I don't think the seat issue would be a fuse.
He indicated that he gets a "click" sound when pushing the switch. Sounds more like a stuck motor or a jammed track
Is there any way to install a front fender mounted external (old school) antenna?
That should solve all your problems unless of course the radio itself is crap.
