Transmission cooling lines
2004 expy 168k I noticed the trany line leaking and decided to change them. I ordered the set from Dorman only to relize that it's missing the radiator to cooler hose which No one stocks. The quick connect for the cooler were so corroded that the lines were not coming out..and I can't find thoes...- Earnest E Dever

Well today coming home from work their was a accident on the highway and traffic came to a screaching stop. Well I didn't I stepped on the brakes and a brake line broke and it went to the floor. Ac dies

2005 EB transmission line leak?
The expy has 250k and the radiator dosent leak or looks bad, even in the summer at 90 degrees i was pulling a 3500 lb trailer and the temperature gauge was great. But I will have a good look at it and if need be I will replace the radiator. Thanks for the reply- Earnest E Dever

2005 EB transmission line leak?
I have a trany line leaking on the radiator connection. The part that goes into the radiator is that available? I also need the special line tube to disconnect them. I purchased a dorman line replacement kit and then I looked at the connections and closed the hood and ran.... 250,000 miles of...- Earnest E Dever

If I was laying under the expy and turning the axles the wheel and rotor wasn't turning so there wasn't break drag but the axles were hard to turn?- Earnest E Dever

Update Put the expy up in the air and had it running the front axles turn free but they are hard to turn?- Earnest E Dever

Thanks so I tested them without the expy running so no vaccum so the hubs were blocked I will check with the truck running and get back to you Great vidio- Earnest E Dever

Thanks for the reply The tires are new and I just had them unbalanced Any idea ware that solinoid is located? With the expy on a lift it appears the hubs are engaged I belive that is my problem. I also forgot to mention the vibration starts at 50mph and disappears at 60 but at 60 you can...- Earnest E Dever

I have a 05 expedition with a vibration. I have balanced all 4 tires, checked all the ujoints,checked all the axle shafts, and found nothing. I did notice whale on the lift it seems the front hubs are not disconnecting? Whale on the lift I can turn either front wheel and the front shaft turns...- Earnest E Dever
