4x4 problems....
What would consitute a funny electrical problem? I got a few dash lights out, but nothing other then that. I changed ths switch, didnt work. It did happen after going through a mud/water hole.- Eddiebauerexpy

Hey guys, I got a 97 Expedtion, Eddie Bauer, 5.4L, blah blah anyways, my 4wd went out. Im pretty sure its electronic but i cant figure out what. Is your Expy parked lately? Mine is....

Somehow I went past the speed limiter?
The 98 my dad used to have shut down at 98 mph. It was embarssing when i went to pass my buddes 85 Chevy 4x4 3/4ton with a 6.2L and could barely get past him.- Eddiebauerexpy

Clerance for 33's?
Hey guys, i wanna put a 2.5-3 inch lift on my Expedition, but i wanna know if ill be able to clear 33's (or a 285 series) tire? My buddy clears them on his 2000 F150 just fine but its the off road package which he says already is an 1inch higher the a standard 1/2ton, and hes got a 3 inch body...- Eddiebauerexpy

Got me a new play toy....
Well, i spent all friggin day getting it running. Put the fuel pump on and wasnt getting any fuel to the carb, spent all day to find that the splitter for the dual tanks was bad...so i bypassed it with a piece of fuel hose :) Drove it from one end of the yard to the other, and it dies...- Eddiebauerexpy

Got me a new play toy....
Well, i dont have to wheel the expy anymore, it'll pry be put on tow rig duty.... I bought a 79 F150 4x4, 351M, C6, the body is pretty rough but all it needs mechanically is a fuel pump and front u joints. I figured it'll be cheaper (and eaiser) to fix on my bundy hill romps. How offroad capable is a stock Expedition?
Well i had a blast. The expedition actually did alot better then i expected. I didnt air down my tires but i only got stuck twice (both times in mud i had no business being in), but i noticed it seemed to flex very well and in 4lo would crawl over just about anything- Eddiebauerexpy
