cabin filter
for 99 eb its behind the glovebox . get down on the floor and look up u will see where the glovebox ends and then there is a black box by the firewall it has a 1 " by 12" opening that is where the filter is. if the opening wasn't opened by ford made the truck u can cut out the opening and then...- ericnj75

air intake noise
the other day i replaced my stock intake with a new one . took it on a test drive sounds and feels great the only problem is when i punch it and let off the gas fast it makes a noise like a boat horn and its loud what could this be.- ericnj75
