    Spark plugs… sometimes one lasts 8,000 miles and some go 80,000+… with the platinum plugs, replace around 30,000 miles for best performance and be sure to stick with motorcraft plugs…

    Look for this on your driver side. The pcv inlet to the intake. You can see the bare wires at the top of it in my photo. These were making contact after the wire shielding disintegrated. That was tripping my abs traction control

    Look for fuse that covers abs logic , in my model it was #77. That was popping causing my problem. Then go on to wheel sensor.

I found that the wire insulation had disintegrated on a pcv heater tube that warms the oil vapor as it goes back into the intake. This part seems to be on back order from ford.     What tires look good on the Expedition?

    I’ve had great experience with Michelin LTX Defenders and just got Falken WildPeak HT 02 that have a similar tread pattern as the Michelin but have some rugged look on the sidewalls. These are in P265/70r18 size. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Weird symptoms while driving at low RPM.

    Check spark plugs. Replace if over 60k on them. It’s common for an engine miss to feel like transmission. Other connected issue could be a coil pack. I found that using a code reader that can read the mode6 memory in the Fords is helpful. It keeps track of problems that haven’t reached code...

    Changed spark plugs in the 2007 5.4 today (140k miles).
