1999 5.4. Electronic control for the ac has no power when the outside temp is hot. When the outside temp cools down it comes right on. I changed the eatc but still the same problem- Randy1960

Ac problem
1999 expedition 5.4. When the outside temp is hot the ac will not come on. Its like it has no power. It has the electonic display. Theres no display at all. But when the outside temp. Cools down it comes right on. I changed the electronic control and still have the same problem. I am stumped- Randy1960
