Rust - looking for opinions: how bad is it?
2005 Expedition radiator support. I want to drive this truck for another 3-5 years and before I get into the real work of replacing the radiator support i wonder if I can't just rig something up to get me there.. Anyone who wants to weigh in on how bad it is is appreciated!! Sent...- s9601694

Changing out a radiator support
In the process of exchanging the rusted out radiator support on my 2005. Taking it all down is going well. I am now at the point where I'm trying to loosen the bolts of the main supports that have the rubber bushings. I'm trying to figure out what nut size this one is!? A 9/16 is too small...- s9601694

Well this took kind of a turn.. They did a full diagnostics on it and there were no error messages. He explained that if the sensor(s) or thermostat were faulty that there would be some sort of code.. They suspect that one or more of the heater hoses leaks at a certain temperature: They...- s9601694
