HELP ME!!
That's just what I did...Same symptoms on my 99 5.4... Made up a smoke detector thing with a coffee can hoses a cigar, and cheap cigarette lighter tire pump... Found my vacuum leak... Bell connector just under the IAC which runs to the passenger side PCV... Tool a piece of 3/8" hose, a 1/2" hose...- Steve Langford

99 Expedition engine removal
Unfortunately my engine pulling tree fell due to too much rain and have no way to pull the body... I'll have to use the lift on my tractor or the neighbors back hoe...- Steve Langford
