    I figured it out. In case anyone else has this problem, heres the solution. if the seats your installing were in an accident, the seat belts latches were extended. If you swap the seat belt latches, the airbag light goes out.

    PCV Valve Replacement

    I don't know about the op's 5.4, but the 2004 4.6 has a PCV valve. Autozone just doesn't have one that they sell. Check on Napa's site or on a Ford part site.
