2003 XLT 5.4 MANUAL CLIMATE CONTROLS.
Just the other day the A/C button on the manual climate control no longer turns on the compressor.
Ice cold air on Defrost and Defrost/Floor. Air comes out to proper vents so no vacuum
or door/blend door issues. Fan control works properly.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you fix it ?
Many thanks, and I will stay engaged and not be a one post wonder.

Please see from my post Ice cold air on Defrost and Defrost/Floor.
The system is designed so that whenever the mode selector is in
either of the Defrost settings and provided the ambient temperature
is above 35F, the compressor cycles on and off, which it does. In
either mode, the A/C button does not come into play, plus the button's
light doesn't illuminate.

WOW you get two people to reply and give you a link to a wiring diagram and you say they "piled on the help"

between this and your other thread it seems as if you piled on the **

I was taught early on that if you want to know something, talk to someone who actually knows something.
Fortunately, I was able to connect with the someones who actually know something.

There are many on this forum that ALSO know as much as those on other forums.

YOUR QUESTION WAS
"Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you fix it"

Very possible that anyone that read your question has never experienced that problem and therefore that could be why you didn't get a answer TO YOUR QUESTION.

Just because you were lucky to get help on another forum is no reason for you to bash this forum.

Stamp or I could had provided you with a wiring diagram but that isn't what you asked for

And since I have never had the same problem as you were having I didn't see any reason to reply to YOUR question.

However I was impressed by all the BS you stated about ALL THE MANY MEMBERS on another forum that JUMPED out to help you WOW TWO MEMBERS
