New old Expedition owner
I have almost 600,000 on mine... only real resign flaws are the plugs.. I change mine ever 35K and the timing chain guides-they're plastic... I replaced mine with high performance aluminum after the last failure.. Happy Trucking!!- RNPIII

That's what I have been reading. Only happens at start up. That's why I thought is could filter related, but everything says use only Motocraft-- that's what I have been using. Changed oil today... Too bad they don't make them like they use to. 351W I had in my Bronco had 490k with no problems with motor.... Burned up in a house fire... I miss the old girl!!!- RNPIII

2004 Eddie Bauer Expedition Console Issue
I replaced mine on my 2006 model... same thing happened to me... I had to replace the whole console as I couldn't find any way to replace just the sunglass clip. I rigged it with Velcro but that didn't last very long... after some looking (several months) I found the console on E-bay. I think...- RNPIII
