    Headlights not very bright

    It was just the bulbs with ballasts and if I remember correctly was around $150. Made a world of difference. Don't see what would be illegal about them. A lot of new cars come with HIDs. Sylvania makes some Ultrabright bulbs but from what I've read they don't last very long.

    Yeah I love the ones I put in my F-250. I got them from Retro Solutions and they are ten times brighter than the factory lights. Guess I have my first Expy mod.

    Does anybody else think the headlights on your late model Expy are a bit dim? I replaced the headlights on my '05 F-250 with HIDs and am considering doing the same with my '12 Expy because I'm really disappointed with the brightness. Anybody done the HID conversion?
