Do Gen 3 expos have cam phaser issues?
Am considering purchasing a 2010 to 2013 Expo and was wondering if they ever fixed the cam phaser problem that plagued the earlier years. Also, is there anything I need to look for when buying an expo for these years?- Funugy

Dropping differential???????

Cv axle replacement
About to replace the passenger rear side cv axle on my 2003 EB expy. Do I need to have an alignment job done after it's replaced? Also, do I need special tools? If anyone has instructions, please share. Thanks- Funugy

Replacing bushings on control arms
Been chasing a creaking sound on the rear drivers side. Greased the bushings on the sway bar, replaced the shocks , and sprayed everything with wd-40. Nothing worked so I took it to NTB. They said the bushings on the upper and lower control arms need to be replaced. They quoted me $1600...- Funugy

Check Engine Light
My CEL came on after I cleaned my MAF Sensor and sprayed cleaner in the throttle body. Probably because I had everything taken apart as I ran the engine when I was spraying the cleaner. Anyway, how many cycles does it take for the CEL to go off on it own?- Funugy

Clatter on Cold Start
Have a 2003 EB 5.4. It makes a clattering sound for about 2 seconds when starting up. It's the classic cam phaser problem sound that affects the 3V engines. Had this on a 2006 Navigator and had to replace the phasers. Anyway, I heard the 2V's don't have Phasers. Maybe I heard wrong. I...- Funugy

Groaning noise front rear suspension
Have a groaning noise when going over bumps. Are there any lubrication point in the rear end ....grease zirts perhaps? If not, would it be advisable to spray wd40 on the suspension areas or would this do more harm than good?- Funugy

Side mirrors behaving erratically
Have an '03 EB. When I use the FOB to enter the car, both mirrors move around erratically, make popping noise and don't end up in the same place that they began in. The noise and the fact that they're moving doesn't bother me, however, the fact that they don't end up in the same place does...- Funugy
