Hey all,
Threw a new battery in, for some reason can't play cd's and the aux input doesn't work either can't switch over to either one. Amfm is okay. Is there other fuses that could have blown here? Confusing I can still listen to the radio.
Swapped the plugs out today. Thanks manup you were right brown boots made it for a nice easy day.
Much more responsive. No idea if they were ever done before today at 184000km. I've owned it for around spine 20 of those.
What's the largest anyone has ever got under here safely? Looks like it can get pretty close to the exhaust if it is to large.
Could a 50% 315/70/17 make its way under here?
Not wanting to keep the spare on the roof rack.. Unless anyone here thinks that's a good idea? Just seems like a pain...
Thanks yeah my thinking too I could have sworn the boots were black when I looked today will have to double check tomorrow ahhhh makes me nervous don't want to buy the tool unless I have to.
Found this... but can anyone confirm..?
List of Affected Vehicles and Engines

2006-08 Ford Explorer/Sport-Trac/Mercury Mountaineer w/4.6L 3V V-8
2005-08 Ford...
Hmm yeah that would be different than the Wikipedia info I read. I read some 2008s had been fixed after a certain date that's what I'm trying to figure out if mine falls into that category and I can skip buying the tool.
Hey all,
So my understanding from what I've read off Wikipedia.. that all 3 valve engines built after 10/9/07 do not have an issue with the 2 piece spark plugs.
Took a couple pics ... one from the info decal on inside of driver door and one off the head in the engine bay. Can anyone confirm...
Put a roof basket on I picked up from amazon.. cheap.. not the greatest construction quality but pretty easy to assemble. Not entirely the look I was going for, but hey the price is right :)...
I realize back flares wouldn't work because of how the door is shaped, but does anyone know if f150 flares would fit on the front of an expy?
Seem to be very very similar.
Cheers
Thx
How about just the black on the bottom/bumper? I was probably going to start with that anyway since there is so many rock chips and god knows what marks in the paint that low that have actually dug in pretty bad.
I do think the camo would be a lot of work on top of that anyways, I do like the...
Thinking of doing some plasti dip on the expy, want to run black around the bottom and a camo white/grey up top.
Photoshopped a pic, thoughts?
I'm sure my real plasti dip job might not look as intricate as pchop :)

It was genuine. As I said, I will keep it in mind. I didn't specify why I wanted to do this, so saying it is a poor idea to mount it there without knowing my application purpose doesn't help me much. Perhaps I want a cheap light option up high that can project more light into a dark area at...
If you don't mind that would be awesome, no need to go out of your way for me though! Do you know what brackets would be needed to mount this? I'm not sure if there are universal ones out there that would work from an f150 since they are very similar in size there.
Are they also illegal out...
i got 315/70/17s with a 3/2 some trimming, some rub on extreme angles, though this will be mitigated once i replace the bumper.
Should be pics in my profile.
