epedition wont come out of 4hi
im not sure it this point what it could be im pretty sure its in the transfer case i just not sure what it is, ive had the truck for couple years and never put in in 4x4 which may be part of the problem, i drive the truck 8 days a month,( i car pool to work) so for now i removed the front drive...- z001psz

ok thanks thats a start so what should i be looking at next if i dont have a solenoid and a vacuum leak?- z001psz

2000 ford expedition solenoid location
im looking for the solenoid for my 4x4 on my expedition its stuck in 4hi replace transfer case motor still stuck need check solenoid, found a solenoid under throtle body, when unhook scanner says emmision evap, and theirs one solenoid by driver side firewall but no double vacuum hose to it, all...- z001psz

truck wont come out of 4hi
i got a 2000 ford expedition with 4.6l, was driving fine, truck sat for couple days went to go to store and when i turned i could tell it was in 4x4, i have the awd mode and 4hi and 4low. put truck in neutral and put brake on and move the turn knob from awd to 4hi and nothing the 4x4 light came...- z001psz
