I've looked under the back by the fueling hose and do see three hoses coming from the filler leading down to the tank but one hose has a plastic connector on it, near the fill port, that is not connected to anything. Ideas?
Where is it physically located? I also can't find the canister either. I am having evap issues and this is one of the things I need to replace.
Thank you!
I apologize in advance. I know there are a bunch of articles on here about this. I want to make sure I get the correct part(s). Are there 1 or 2 of these in the back? Does anyone have part numbers? I don't want to trust Amazon's ability to differentiate between front and rear.
I am replacing the brakes on the 2003 2wd beast and would like to know if anyone has found some good prices on good rotors and pads. Thanks for the assist!
I have that same noise> I have already checked each door now its time for the pillar. Gotta find time to do it. I will let you know if I find something.
Mine does something similar to that except when I accelerate the fan speeds up and when I brake or slow the fan speed slows. It doesnt matter if it's on AC or just Vent. I already replaced the blower resistor with zero change in the fan. Seems like it has a mind of its own.
Can gen 3 side mirrors Or any F150 mirrors fit on a gen 2? My mirror turn signal lens are all scratched and the bulb holders are heat warped so I can't even replace the bulbs. Curious
I put 20" f150 rims on my 03 and it made an awesome difference. My only issue is that the rear axle is a touch long so the center caps do not snap on. I may have to cut or grind to get them to fit.
Thanks for the replies crew. Cutting /grinding looks to be the answer - any consideration to wheel spacers in the back. The rear wheels seem to sit in the well further than the front? Just a thought. I think the closed end lugs would look better and protect better as well. Just have to figure...
Couldn't be happier. $400/set - unused and $500 for new tires - had a $100 off coupon!. One question. Is there an extended center cap for the rear axele shaft that sticks out farther than an F150? Also, what kind of lug nuts should I use - F150 ones? Thanks! Oh yeah 275/55/20.
