UPDATE: I replaced the subwoofer with an 8-inch, Pioneer, IB Flat, shallow sub and now it sounds right. The stock woofer was definitely blown. So that means all the wiring is correct according to my first post above.

When I pulled out my Mach amp and sub I just left the 2nd row seat belt alone and was able to swing the cover out enough to easily remove the sub box and amp. I don't have a third row though.
Did you hook up the "remote on" wire? Typically it is blue and white. The premium stereos have a secondary amp that has to be turned on with the remote on wire.
