Pulled the computer out and took a look on the inside. I believe this is the problem. Come to find out, someone trying to be helpful washed the engine compartment and I believe they didn’t unhook the battery.
Well I’m suspecting the PATS is a big issue with the theft light flashing and the no start. What you say makes sense. I’m not sure why the pcm would sporadically ground the relay. It’s a consistent open and close of the relay. It doesn’t stop unless the key is off.
I checked the fuses with a power probe. Here’s the weird issue, I checked the ground from the pcm to the relay which controls the pump on and off and it is sporadic.
Forgot to mention, the dashes are gone but still flashing theft in the 1:6 sequence. I assume the PATS needs to be tackled first, then figure out why a scan tool doesn’t have communication, then figure out the fuel pump relay issue..
