    Has anyone had a smooth shifting 10 speed? Do they all do the occasional clunk?

    I have a clunk just a few times a year. not a big deal. What I don't like about the transmission is there is always about a 1-2 second delay when I switch from D to R for R to actually move the vehicle.

    you are asking about pads but remember to also replace your rotors when you do this. the slotted and drilled are well worth the money for longevity.

    My 15 EL/max ate the rotors very quickly. every 10k miles or so. lots of vibration and steering wheel shake when braking. Ford doesn't use the best metal. I did buy a powerstop brake kit and had a local independent brake guy put the kit and it was fantastic. Never thought about brakes ever again...

    In reality, Blue Cruise is fairly new technology and Ford is fairly new to self driving. It will take years before they get the kinks out. I'm happy with the direction that they are heading.

    I just run the cheap gas. Everything has been fine. If I want some extra performance, I put it in Sport Mode.
