    In my 2016, JLT installed on passenger side only. The quantity and look of the collected fluid varies over the seasons. It seems in winter it collects more and is “milkier” and fills around 1k miles. In Summer iI is more oil-like, always with gas smell, and about 2k miles.

    What about e-brake shoe pads? How often should they be replaced? I’m about to install Z36 pads and rotors. Haven’t inspected them but wondering if it should be replaced. 2016 with 140k miles. Braking good. I adjusted ebrake once but they always seem to go a long way to get them to bite.

    I called the dealer and made an appointment for the next day to do both the master cylinder recall and blower recall. Both got done in one day. The blower looks like they did some temporary fix rather than a replacement.

    I upgraded to 3.4 a couple of months ago and works great using iPhone with CarPlay. A passenger plugged in an android and now CarPlay is not coming up. Do I need to reset something for it to come back?

    Lazy man’s oil change…

    I do my oil changes myself. Just did the first one last weekend and what a PIA compared to other vehicles. That being said oil and filter is cheap insurance against premature engine damage. In a normally aspirated engine I would skip the oil filter. On this turbo I would not recommend it.

    iMO Drain and fill is the way to go. Replenishes additives that wear out over time. No way that fluid is “lifetime”. Doing drain and fill gradually eases new fluid in with the old.

    I’ve been towing our 4000 lbs TT with an Andersen and pretty happy. I don’t really have a frame of reference with other WDH, but it tows great and can’t really feel any sway. I do disable the sway control on the Expy towing screen.

    Transmission drain/fill at 175,000 miles?

    That’s something I’ve also heard in the past. The fluid breaks down over time and stuff starts breaking down inside the tranny. If fluid has never been replacing the new fresh fluid will flush away any “grit” and cause slipping issues.
