Roof Rust.
2000 Ford Expedition, med wedgewood blue. Is anyone out there having problems with rust on the roof? I have had rust spots in the depressions in the roof. The rust is not real bad as of yet. The problem is also on my son's 2005 F-150. I did some sanding and priming on both vehicles. Has...- Paul S

I noticed a small leak near the oil filter and was told it the Oil Filter Mounting Gasket. The part is readily available, but has anyone ever done this job? Wrong tranny Fluid.
What would happen if the person that changed the Tranny Fluid took a short cut and put in regular transmission fluid rather than the special Mercon fluid that Ford uses? 2000 XLT 4.6 Liter 2 wheel drive, 77000 Miles- Paul S

Slipping transmission
2000 Expedition, 4.6 Liter , 2 wheel drive. New fluid at 60,000 miles. The transmission is acting funny. 1st and 2nd gear are fine, the shift from 2nd to 3rd takes a long time and the transmission slips into gear. The shift into 4th and overdrive are fine. Does anyone have a clue what...- Paul S

Dash goes wild at start up
2000 Expedition XLT. When I start the car the needles on the dash all go to the highest pin possible, then they drop back to zero, then they go where they are supposed to be. Tach to 1000and the rest of the gauges read normal. Has this happened to anyone else? I have heard many possible...- Paul S
