Are WeatherTech's Cargo liners any good?

@SunnySunshine something else I forgot to mention about Weather Tech's "HP" floor mats for the Expedition Max is that the second row and third row floor mats attach together. You can basically install those and fold the third row seats up or down without any interference. If you decide to go...

Are WeatherTech's Cargo liners any good?

I have the weather tech liners in mine and have no major complaints. I also leave my third row down 99% of the time as well. I will say that my cargo liner does tend to shift towards the rear door after a few weeks. I don’t think there is any grip to the bottom side of it for some reason. I also...

    Drivers Seat Sounds

Any ideas or other experiences similar to this? I had my center console replaced finally with no prevail. This car makes so many noises on the inside.

    Bad Mojo Yesterday

That's not good. It's amazing how careless some people treat things when it's not theirs. I think I'd go to another dealership from now on if I were you. There is one very close to my house that I refuse to go to because of something similar to your situation happening every single time I went...

    2020 expedition

@jasonsklo1 Those are interior sensors for the security system. You should have two options that pop up in your instrument cluster after shutting the vehicle off or you can navigate to your vehicle settings for either option. "Perimeter Only" basically monitors exterior intrusion such as a...

    LED tail lights seep moisture

Condensation in the tail or headlights is actually a part of the design. See below from the manual. While condensation in the housing is not ideal, it hasn't affected my LED's and also only last a few minutes after driving. Condensation in the Exterior Front Lamps and Rear Lamps Exterior front...

On cold start hearing rattle and clonking from front suspension area

I understand. With the cold season coming up, I may wait and see how it sounds in the upcoming months. Mine randomly will make a noise right now. If it gets worse I’ll definitely get down there and look.

On cold start hearing rattle and clonking from front suspension area

@apex96 my first look was going to be the front sway bar links, but I haven’t had time to get to it. I know if these are real bad there will be a lot of play, but mine has less than 25k miles on it and the sound is intermittent. I assume there won’t be a lot of play, but do you have any tips on...

On cold start hearing rattle and clonking from front suspension area

@ jjy168 did you ever find the issue? I have a 2020 max with CCD and my driver side will make a strange noise over bumps when it's colder outside on the first drive of the day. It will also go away after a few minutes. It almost sounds as if the suspension is stiff.

    2023 Limited Vibrating at 80mph

Have you checked your tire pressure lately since the weather has been changing? They could also be out of balance. I know it's a new car, but anything can happen during transport unfortunately.

Has anyone seen or made a storage tray for this colossal waste of prime space? Also, Forscan the best way to disable auto stop start still?

This is exactly what I have and have had no issues. Works as advertised. They sell one made for the Expedition even though I'm sure it's the same version as the F-150.

    Sound Under Steering Column

Yes I'm very familiar with the clock spring noise. My wife's 2016 explorer is on it's second replacement under warranty (thank God). The popping I hear is a distinct sound that I can actually feel in the driver seat. Strange part is if I'm not sitting in the seat and try shaking and moving it...

    Auto Start Stop Damage turbo's?

Get an Auto-Start/Stop eliminator. It's plug and play for $99. Well worth it. Don't use forscan as it disables more features you need to keep running.

    New to Us 2021

@Benf84 Wrap the C-Pillars, but use a PPF Gloss Black, not a Vinyl Gloss Black if you want it to match the factor black pillars. Most Vinyls I've seen (tried one actually) will not match factory. It will have a slight brown/haze/orange peel texture look to it in direct sunlight. Either way, nice...

Has anyone seen or made a storage tray for this colossal waste of prime space? Also, Forscan the best way to disable auto stop start still?

I think the OP makes a great point. I also wondered why they got rid of that slot. The padded area for the wireless charger is honestly very tight getting the phone in and out of especially with the sizes of cell phones these day. Also, the wireless charger is useless if you have a newer iPhone...

    Sound Under Steering Column

@Croner I have something similar to what you're talking about. I am not sure if it's under the steering column or the drivers seat? Either way, I hear a popping sound when weight shifts in my seat or the car itself. I have taken mine (2020 limited max) into Ford twice with no luck. I have also...

    What fuel do you use?

I don't have a tune, but I use premium whether that's 91 or 93 (depending on the gas station) for peace of mind. When you add up the difference in cost it's around $10 between 87 and 93 on most fill ups. Sometimes slightly more or less. If that breaks your bank then maybe a large vehicle isn't...

TSB 22-2475 - 2018-2021 Navigator - Grinding, Growling, Clicking Noise, Inoperative Power Steering Column During Telescoping-Raking Operation

I wish they had this very same TSB for Expeditions. I took mine in for this repair and they would not fix it since this TSB is for Navigators and mine does it randomly. Even though they’re literally the same vehicles with very minor tweaks.

    Drivers Seat Sounds

I have a 2020 Limited Max with approx 20k miles on it and have noticed a clicking/popping sound coming from the drivers seat area? The sound appears to be coming from both sides of the driver seat. I’ve had the seat pan looseness TSB done and it still makes a sound typically when weight is...

2021 Driver door wind noise TSB?

I don’t know of any TSB, but mine does the same on the highway especially behind semi trucks. My guess is the doors weren’t fit to close tight enough from the factory since I’ve read many other posts with this same issue. I’ve tried tightening my door striker with no luck. I have read others...

    4th Gen Expy Max - Wrapped C-Pillar

Yes the item in the link looks to be a much better match. Another downside to vinyl is it will show scratches. PPF is very scratch resistant and is also self healing. You will see the differences in the vinyl and the other pillars when your vinyl comes in. The color will be nearly identical, but...

    4th Gen Expy Max - Wrapped C-Pillar

@loganvanderbilt , if you're going to use vinyl, it won't be a true gloss black or match the other pillars for that matter. I recently had mine done and it drives me up a wall because it's an obvious mis-match. At low light and the right angle you can't tell the difference. However, in direct...

    Wrapped C-Pillar

If you like the "Navigator" look, wrap the C-Pillar. However to save some from wasting money, I just recently had mine vinyl wrapped and if you're anything like me and pay attention to detail, most vinyl wraps won't match the other pillars. I was told mine would match, but unfortunately it does...
