00' EB front bumper trim removal?

I want to repaint the top trim piece on my front bumper of my 00' EB. Does anyone know how to remove this? I included a pic so ya'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

Had my bumper off this summer and repainted the right way, fixed the dreaded rusted bumper problem with the 2000 fords. Mine was only held in with push buttons, was no problem to remove it. With the bumper on the truck might be a pain.

Thanks CaperCanadian! I was thinking that it was alot like the rear bumper trim, just pops on and off. Luckily we don't see alot of rust here in Fl.
