04 Roof Cross Bars?

Hello,

I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer 4wd. Im trying to remove the roof cross bars, and I got the front one off but the rear one will not come off. I have looked all over the internet and in all places I saw the same thing- depress the back tabs on the anchors and pull on the bar, but it gets stuck midway through the anchor. Any suggestions?

Get a thin blade putty knife or something similar When you depress the back tabs place the blade in and then pull back. I am sure you will figure it out But that's the idea

Ah yeah that did it, used a butterknife. Shouldve thought of that eariler. Thanks for the welcome!
