06 Rear AC Help

Hello,

My 06 XLT rear ac is not working correctly. The rear blower turns on (when using the front overhead controls) but no air comes out of the roof or floor vents... the blower reacts to different fan speeds but it doesn't "blow" air out of the vents....

Any idea what might be the problem?

Also the rear ac controls (behind the center console) do not make the rear blower do anything! It appears that they do not work to control the rear blower...

PLEASE HELP!!! It's getting so hot out!! FRONT AC IS ICE COLD

Check fuse #18 also could be a faulty rear Mode door actuator, read pages 91 and 92 in the owners manual for operating procedure for the rear controls

Try cleaning the switch behind the console. It might just have dirty contacts.

Does it make a clicking noise when you switch it from top vents to bottom? If yes you need a new blend actuator.
