2016 Ford Extended Warranty and CarPlay module

Two things. Is this the right part number HC3Z-19A387-B? Lookup Ford parts say it is for C-Max.

The other thing is would installing this part myself affect the extended warranty?

The USB ports are interchangeable with different Ford vehicles so the part number is correct. As far as the warranty is concerned you say nothing. Dealer will think the truck came with the blue light USB port instead of the white one.
