It looks like our Sync is trying to connect to a device, possibly a phone or internet connection. Do you use a WiFi connection to update Sync? If not then check to make sure WiFi is turned off and then check the list of devices. It may have been used at the dealership to do an update and was then left on and now is trying to reconnect. Your Bluetooth may also be trying to reconnect to a phone or device that is no longer paired. Check that device list also for unwanted devices.
