2019 Ford Expedition 3.5L ecoboost ..Any must have upgrades?

HI guys, new to ecoboost... just wondering if their are any mods I should look at that might help performance / fuel economy / life of vehicle?

I had a 2014 expedition that I put 220k on the old 5.4 L ...it had 0 issues except coil pack I had to change on spark plugs ...hopeing this new eco boost last just as long.

That generation is known for issues with the cam phasers. Find out what, if any, warranty extension Ford has provided for those vehicles. Be attentive to any startup noises so you can get it repaired at Ford's cost if the warranty extension is available. Apart from that, regular oil changes with good quality synthetic and premium fuel to reduce fuel dilution in the oil. FordTechMakulo has a video with recommended fluid change intervals.
