2020 Engine Surge, Turbo Gauge Fluttering and Check Engine Light Flashing

Just to update, it finally showed a pending code for misfire on cylinder 6. Replaced coil along with all spark plugs, back to running perfect. Now when I removed the foam engine cover, I discovered puddles of oil around the valve cover over cylinders 4 and 5. Anyone else had an oil leak here, the bolts seemed somewhat loose, so I tightened them and will see if it stops.
