2020 - rear climate doesn't blow but all lights and controls work

My rear climate control (in the 2nd row) lights up, seems to be working, but no air comes out at all. You can even see the corresponding controls moving on the front dash screen when operating the back, but no climate comes out. All fuses seem to be OK. I wonder if there is an actuator or something that could be causing this?
