Steering wheel, start button and other lights not working.

2020 Expy Max Limited. Just had new APIM installed and lights all seemed to work again. Well now they are all out on the steering wheel buttons, three buttons above radio, push start button, and door pocket illumination. When you turn the fog lights on and off they will flash on for a second and go back off with a mild noise coming through the radio. It has 106K on it and I’m in no position to sell it. Any ideas what could be causing what seems like a short or something in this system? I’ve been researching and can’t find much.
