The Sketchup 3D warehouse at Google has some great 3D models of the different generations of the Expedition that can be used for modelling stuff.

In my case I wanted to get a feel for how my my garage remodel will look with my 2001 pulled in the garage. Still need to convert/import for the software I'm using for the remodel but the models themselves are pretty good.
