99 Expy 4.6L Exhaust Question/Opinion

I have a stock exhaust and would like to change it but not sure what to do. I have a 99 4.6L. I would like for it to have a nice sound but don't want to wake the neighbors when started. My vehicle has the spare tire mounted on the roof so I can do just about anything. I would like to hear your opinion on what you would do. Thank you for you help.

You could do headers. I have headers on my 99 4.6 with the factory exhaust and it's not loud. Under acceleration you can hear that throaty V-8 sound, but other than that it's quiet. You could also do a Flowmaster 60 series, they sound pretty good as well.
