My 99 ex is ******* me off, the key pad has no power wont lite up or function at all, and when i try to program a key fob by cycling the key on off 8 times it doesn't cycle the lock. The fuses are good and it looks like all the wires are still good from the key pad to the RAP module. Anyone have this happen or is it just my luck any advice would be appreciated
