I have an 07 and I'm having some issues with my AC. There is not difference in air distribution between level 2 and level 3. Levels 1 and 4 are working just fine. I will tell you now that my auto mechanic knowledge is very limited, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

the general rule that i have expierienced for this problem is if the blower motor wont work at all then its usually the blower motor that needs replaced, but in your case if the blower motor doesnt work on 1 or more settings then it is the switch that needs replaced.

Is the switch something that i can pick up at an Autozone or is it a part that i will need to get at a Ford dealership? Does the switch go on the circuit board or somewhere else?
