Brake controller harness

I have installed a new Electronic brake controler for trailer brakes on my 97 Expy...The box is small and simple but only needs four wires. The factory harness has five. Can anyone tell me the colors/function of each of the factory wires?

Blue goes to 7 pin for brakes
Black goes to batt 20-30A
Red goes to boo(brake on off switch)
White goes to ground
Fifth wire for running lights(not needed)

Can you tell us the colors on the harness provided by Ford? That could help us. Dragons posted the correct color code for the brake controller wires. A couple of the typical Ford schemes can be found here:
