So it was 70 degrees yesterday but today we are getting hit with a bunch of very wet snow. It's the kind of snow that makes great snowballs, snowmen and snow forts.

But apparently when you drive in it for several miles, it builds up underneath and I can't shift into R or P.

Anyone ever had this issue?

It's a good thing the parking lot is flat.

2000 5.4L with the 4r100 transmission.

I parked in the garage overnight and there was a couple gallons worth of water on the floor. And the shifting returned to normal.

The snow was more slush than snow. And we got about 12-16 inches of it.
