Canadian Import and Corrosion

Hello everyone! Looking for an Expy to buy and we are currently evaluating a 2015. It's in a different state so trying to gather as much info as possible before deciding to get an inspection.

What concerns me is that it spent the first four years of it's life in Ontario. The Ford dealer selling it sent me pictures of the underneath that look OK as far as I can tell but they also sent this picture - looks like paint bubbling.

What are the common areas for corrosion to appear on these vehicles?

I bought my '15 in Ontario, and it spent three winters there. No rust issues, at all.
