Cargo Liner/Mat

I bought the Max smartliners off of amazon. Great quality and the fit was perfect. I got the cargo liner with the 3rd row up and I also got the cargo liner with the 3rd row down. Like I said, the fit is perfect. I got the set for just under $300. Should check them out!

With the "3rd row down" mat in place. Can you still raise and lower the 3rd row with the mat in place? Is it flexible enough for it to stay in the vehicle and the seats be useable? It looked like it was possibly made to fold up and down with the seat.
