Different Power Window Issue

So here is my issue. My driver door opens all windows on my 05 EB Exp. Windows do not open from any other door. I pulled switch from door panel to make sure all wires are plugged in tight. I have cycled the "enable/disable" switch for passengers to operate windows. Nothing seems to allow passengers to use their switches. Any suggestions before I go waste a bunch of money or go crazy?

Pull the driver panel and check the window lock switch with a meter. I'd almost guarentee its the problem.
