Dual Note Horn Not Functioning

So, about 2 weeks ago my horn went completely sissy on me. It's like a clown car horn. I know there is a dual note horn relay in the dreaded 300 section - HOWEVER, when I arm my alarm, the dual note horn gives three quick blasts as normal. Not a single note, but the dual.

I checked the fuse. Go to go. I don't believe it's the relay (R305) because the alarm gives my the correct sounding horn.

Any thoughts gents? Worst case, I'm going with a compressor system. I don't think I can take the little girls bicycle horn anymore.
