Is there an easier way to install my lower trailing arms? I used a ratchet strap to pull axle back on pass side. Now how do i get front bolt out of driverside w/o removing gas tank? What a bear!

I used a portable band saw I happen to have and just cut the bolt off. I believe others have used angle grinder. I did not have to remove fuel tank. Re-installed bolt from opposite side.

Your Expy is up down side!! lol.

Saw-zall here. Pretty much no way to turn it out without bringing down the tank. I cut the trailing arm in half, and then cut the bolt/remaining chunk out from there.

I actually cut though the nut, bolt and all right on the outside of the bracket. Did not remove nut first.. It was then just short enough to push out towards the fuel tank.

Thank you both. Now i just need to get some more time. And get the driver side done. How did you get the bolt lined up? The pass side was a pain. I have the air ride still. It is ok but it feels a little floaty. While I was in the process my air ride was relaxing and slowly letting air out little by little and I think that is what threw my bolt alignment off but I'm not for sure. Is it normal for the air ride to deflate over night w/o the ignition on?
