I have a 97 Exp. 5.4L When it rains I have all kinds of electrical problems. 1. The speed sensor stops working. 2. With the the key not in the ignition it starter will try to start the motor. 3. The driver window stops working. 4. With the engine running the starter tries to start the engine. 5. the rear wiper stops working. When the weather clears so do the problems. Has anyone experienced these problems. Please help.
