Front bumper removal

Hi all.
I need to remove my front bumper to straighten the frame as my kid got into a wreck and it pushed down the left side. I broke the clips unbolting it. What do you do now? to get them off

Which clips are you talking about?

When you unbolt the 4 bolts holding the bumper on Ford used those slide over clips with a threaded hole on it

You mean the safety nuts like this?
Just cut them off and get new ones, readily available at Home Depot I would think

yes like those clips but they broke and are spinning in the back, I can not seem to get vise grips on them
