For all Gen 3's what is your real fuel economy? 2wd or 4X4?

I have a new 12, with 2wd with 3,000 miles and the best is 15.5 at 95 degrees, E85, 3.73, interstate, no load, AC on at 75mph so far. Has anyone gotten 20 HWY?

You would probably pick up 1-2 mpg if you just ran 87 in it but good luck finding regular old 87.

2013 Expedition KR 4x4, 3.73s, 5 mile commute I average about 8 on E85, maybe 10 on 87 blend.

Mixed driving to and from work I get 12-14mpg. Going out to Az I get 16-18mpg. Coming back from Az is usually 1mpg less. I figure it's because the gas in Az is E10. That's running between 75 and 85mph with the A/C running.

2008 EL XLT. 2WD with 24" aftermarket rims.

On my last road trip the computer actually got to around 19 MPGs. So it was probably between 18 and 19. 2011 EL XLT Premium. Generally get around 11 to 13 around town with some hwy driving.

about 13-14 mainly city. 2011 XLT 2wd, reg length, tow package, 3.31 gears.
coming back from TN it was getting about 18.6-19 on the interstate. Probably could have got 20 on the interstate if I kept the speed at the sweet spot.

this is all by computer - I used to hand calculate when it was mine - now it is hers and she rarely resets the trip meter.

Took a 600+ mile trip in near 90F 4 adults, 1 child and a whole mess of luggage/tools/toolbox and I averaged 20MPG. Best I got was 23.7MPG on the way home from buying it when it was empty and just me. With my mixed Im sitting around 17-18MPG with mostly city.

An 07 XLT 4x4 with the HD tow package and 3.73 gears.

Every day running around I'm averaging mid 14s. In the summer I'm around 15-16 and in the winter it's 12-13. I've been as high as 18 on a trip and you don't want to know what I get towing the 7000 lb parachute.
